Working in enterprise IT has given me firsthand experience with the frustrations and inefficiencies that IT professionals face every day. Even the most established technologies have their limitations, and sometimes the simplest tasks are harder than they need to be. I enjoy identifying those gaps and building practical tools that simplify workflows, solve real problems and make life easier for the people using them.
